Hello! My name is Amy Edgerton, and if you haven't discovered already this blog is centered on a full-on passion for food and for travel.
When I began this blog, I was a sophomore at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona still beginning my journey in a wonderful degree program called International Hospitality Management. One of my favorite classes has been Hospitality 243, Commercial Food Service. The first portion of my blog highlights and charts for you the two hours, two days a week that I would taste, smell, observe, and cook all kinds of things.
On top of my love for food I enjoy basic photography and writing as well. These were the motivations for this creation, and now as I begin a new journey I will continue it. This semester, the sixth one in my degree, I am studying in La Rochelle, France. This little port city on the western coast of France is my home for now and I will be sharing all of my food experiences with you! Take a moment if you'd like to explore all of the beautiful and delicious things to eat here while I live and eat in a country that is one of the world's leaders in cuisine. And of course, learn to crave.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or comments!
